Applying with 2 or more people? The consultation call fee is only deductible for the main applicant, and we hold one shared consultation call for the group rather than individual calls per person.
No visa assistance service can guarantee approval, since the final decision is always made by the embassy or consulate, not by us. What we can guarantee is a properly prepared file — complete, accurate, and put together in a way that gives you the strongest possible chance.
From payment to your embassy appointment, our standard timeline is about 25 working days, though this can be shorter if our schedule isn't fully booked. Processing time after your appointment depends on the embassy and can take from a few business days to a few weeks.
This depends on your specific situation (employed, self-employed, retired, sponsored, etc.), but generally includes your passport, financial proof, and documents specific to your purpose of travel. We'll go over exactly what applies to you during the discovery call.
Not entirely — Schengen rules require you to apply at the embassy or visa center of your main destination (where you'll spend the most nights), or your first point of entry if your nights are evenly split.
We'll go over the reason for denial with you and discuss whether a reapplication makes sense. Visa fees and our service fee are non-refundable in the event of a denial, since the work and the embassy's fees are already incurred regardless of the outcome.
